Pepper personally oversees the 3D printers and holds the shop to strict quality standards — nothing ships without her approval. Off duty, she's usually on a long walk, riding in the car, or making the rounds at the dog park.

Butters joined the team in late 2025 to lead marketing and outreach, a job he takes very seriously. By night, he moonlights as the supervillain Professor Chaos — mostly to torment his big sissy.

Erich is an engineer by day, and a maker by night. He runs the 3D printers, designs everything you see in the shop, and takes the blame when something ships late.
